Bear Cub @ The Place

Hello everyone. I hope that I figured out the right way to post to this thing. The Millers spent Thanksgiving at the lodge and on the way up we saw a bear in the row of trees accross from that red house on the corner. We sat and watched it for a while. When we got to the lodge and told everyone else what we saw James, Scott, and Daniel (being the smart men that they are) jumped in a truck and headed down. They drove in the field closer to it and Scott threw crackers at it from just about ten feet away. Later in the afternoon on our way out it was in the yard at the red house sitting by the tree. As we sat and watched it it climbed the tree and made itself at home above their garage. We were concerned about the people that lived there so James knocked but no one was home. He knocked on the neighboors door and let them know, so they could inform their neighboors when they got home. Anyways, it was kind of neat. Girls, remember all those nights we slept at the cousins cabin and freaked ourselves out? Imagine if there was really a bear out there! haha. I hope you are all doing great and having a great holiday season. love, Val
